Terms of service
These terms cover your use of jabstix.com and anything you buy from it. The site is operated by Supr Supp ("we", "us"), a California limited liability company. JAB Stix is our brand.
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. By ordering you confirm that you are.
2. Health — read this part
JAB Stix is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
JAB Stix contains Betaine HCl, which adds to your stomach acid rather than reducing it. Do not take it if you have ulcers, gastritis or acid-sensitive gut conditions, or if you take acid-reducing medication.
Talk to your doctor before you start if you are pregnant or nursing, take any prescription medication, or have a medical condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If something feels wrong, stop taking it and speak to a healthcare professional.
Jab stix is not for children.
3. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you click the button.
We may refuse or cancel any order — including one already confirmed — if the item is out of stock, the price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Quantity limits may apply.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you check out.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it.
We do not store your card details. Payment is handled by Shopify Payments and the other processors shown at checkout, under their own terms.
5. Shipping and returns

6. Accuracy
We work hard to describe the product correctly, and we may still get something wrong. Product images are representative; packaging and flavour artwork can change.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it.
7. Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for your password and for anything done with it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
8. What you may not do
Do not use this site to break the law, to scrape or copy it at scale, to resell our products without written permission, to interfere with how it runs, or to impersonate anyone.
9. Reviews and anything else you send us
If you post a review, photo or comment, you keep ownership of it and you give us permission to use it in our marketing without payment. Only post things that are true and that are yours to post. We can remove anything, for any reason.
10. Our content
The JAB Stix names, logos, packaging, photography, copy and site design belong to us. Do not use them without written permission.
11. Third-party links
We link to other sites sometimes. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
12. Warranty
Except for our 30-day money-back guarantee and any rights the law gives you that cannot be waived, the site and the products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
13. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected to the site or a product is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Some states do not allow these limits. Where that is true, they do not apply to you.
14. Indemnity
You agree to cover us against claims that arise from you breaking these terms or misusing the site.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in San Diego County, California, and you agree to that venue.
16. Changes
We can update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies. The date below tells you when it last changed.
